Community Standards

1. Respect, authenticity, and account integrity

Loudkite is built for artists, rights holders, buyers, and collaborators. You must provide truthful identity, profile, and payment information and keep your account credentials secure.

Do not impersonate another person or company, misrepresent affiliation, fabricate verification, or manipulate trust signals used in the marketplace or artist network.

• Use accurate profile, listing, and contact information.
• Do not buy, sell, share, or lend accounts.
• Do not evade suspensions, blocks, moderation actions, or payment restrictions.

2. Safe content and communications

Public posts, comments, DMs, briefs, and representation requests must remain lawful and professional. Loudkite may remove material or restrict accounts that create safety, legal, or reputational risk.

• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or targeted abuse.
• No sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or grooming behavior.
• No graphic violence, promotion of self-harm, or instructions for illegal conduct.
• No malware, phishing, scam offers, or deceptive links in messages or listings.

3. Rights, originality, and marketplace honesty

If you upload music, artwork, video, metadata, or marketing materials, you must have the rights needed to post, license, sell, preview, and deliver that material.

Loudkite may request proof of ownership, split information, clearances, chain-of-title details, or release documentation before or after a listing goes live.

• Do not upload infringing, uncleared, or encumbered content.
• Do not misstate authorship, splits, producer credits, exclusivity, or licensing scope.
• Do not offer content already granted to someone else on an exclusive basis.

4. Spam, scraping, and platform abuse

Automated abuse, growth hacks, and interference with service performance are not allowed. Loudkite protects private artist and buyer information, marketplace timing, and admin workflows.

• No scraping, bulk harvesting, botting, or unauthorized automated access.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, or marketplace security controls.
• No artificial bid manipulation, collusive bidding, fraudulent chargebacks, or payment testing.
• No reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, or interference with auctions, messaging, or media delivery.

5. Messaging, outreach, and business conduct

Direct messages, representation requests, and deal discussions should relate to legitimate creative or commercial activity. We may limit or review outreach patterns that look abusive, coercive, or deceptive.

• No unsolicited mass outreach, repetitive follow-ups, or coercive deal pressure.
• No off-platform payment demands intended to bypass Loudkite controls without approval.
• No requests for another user's passwords, card details, or private credentials.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Users may report content, messages, or conduct through the product or by contacting legal@loudkite.com. Loudkite may investigate, remove content, pause listings, cancel bids, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve records for legal review.

Serious safety, fraud, infringement, or repeat violations may lead to permanent removal and referral to payment processors, rights holders, or law enforcement where appropriate.
